Shipping

If all the items you ordered are available today, you can expect to receive your order 4-6 working days from dispatch. You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that’s convenient for you.

Shipping is available to residential addresses within Pakistan. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

For orders within Pakistan, charges are from PKR 180/dress, which includes the delivery and cash handling charges (for COD orders). All international customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-8 business days. Prices are inclusive of all local taxes any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returns

Currently we do not offer any refunds but are willing to exchange within 14 days of purchase as long as the original tag has not been removed.
