Exchange policy

At Hina Mirza, we want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size or wish to exchange your item, we’re happy to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

* Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
* The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags must remain attached.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
* A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

* Sale or clearance items.
* Customized or made-to-order products.
* Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Accessories (unless received damaged or faulty).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or another product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our customer support team will provide exchange instructions.

  3. Once the original item has been received and inspected, your replacement item will be dispatched.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Hina Mirza.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return or exchange procedure.
