Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or another product:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our customer support team will provide exchange instructions.

Once the original item has been received and inspected, your replacement item will be dispatched.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Hina Mirza.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return or exchange procedure.
